5th Element can provide personnel and support services to various projects when drilling contractors are considering new build rigs. This includes resources such as project managers, project coordinators, Quality control personnel, and electrical and mechanical SMEs. The project team should be able to contribute and drive the project by providing key experienced personnel who are conversant with understanding international and client requirements based on the following;

 Part of the main focus with any new build project is to ensure deliverables by the builder are met, and that all communication between each party is transparent.

·  Drive the project to review the builder’s inspection test plan (ITP)

·   Review of hazardous area drawings for compliance with API 500 / 505 or client specifications

·  Review and gap analysis of contracts between builder, contractor, and client

· Provide resources familiar with inspection of fabrication material certification and quality

· Provide personnel to manage and control the QA/QC of welding (welders and procedures and repairs)

·    Provide personnel to oversee the fabrication process (Cutting of steel, fit up, welding, NDT, rig up)

·  Provide qualified international electrical personnel to assess single line diagrams, inspect and test electrical systems

·  Provide personnel to review all major assets of mechanical and electrical equipment

·  Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT)

·   Keep a live punch list of non-compliances

· Audit of the rig throughout the project to ensure compliance with standards and specification
